That"s just to facilitate the restart, but it looks like a restart at 11 rather than 10.

Waiting til 10 was annoying enough but tacking an extra hour onto the restart (and hence end) time is really not helpful.

Sorry about this guys.  I"ve just received an email from DTD stating that the live server has crashed and that the last 16 will start at 10pm.
