What happens if somebody is playing with a credit card that isn"t theirs and they lose loads of money playing online. Are the people who win any of this money liable to have to pay it back.?
I read somewhere a while ago that somebody tried to empty an account by "chip dumping" to other people involved but it was spotted as some other players contacted the site because of some dubious betting. The accounts suspected of being involved were frozen so money could not be withdrawn but I don"t recall what happened after that.
