Neil Dawson Wins PokerListings $50,000 Event

I just thought some of you might be interested to know that I"ve just taken down the PokerListings.com $50,000 SPECIAL on Titan Poker beating 1314 others for a first prize of a "$45,000 Multiple Live Poker Package" ;D ;D ;D

All that for just a 250 points Buy-In!

This quite significantly overtakes my previous largest wins of $451 for taking down the APAT Danish Open and $501 for winning a $2 ReBuy on BlueSq in November. And on my Dad"s 65th birthday too ... !!!

what exactly is a $45000 multiple live package?

I take it its entry into a load of live tourneys, but which ones?

Does that make you exempt from APAT tourneys now? ;)

Well I"ve certainly never earned £23,000 for 4 hours IT Consultancy work, so I guess I might be classed as Pro now ...  ;)

Congratulations Neil, and I hope you enjoy further good fortune in whatever live events it is that you will be playing in. An excellent result and always good to see other APAT members taking down a big prize.

But have you ever tried charging that  much for your IT work?

You can tell them that"s your normal hourly rate? :)

I"m waiting to hear from PokerListings.com who I signed up to Titan Poker through and who sponsored the Event.

Anyone want to teach me how to play poker without a mouse ... ?  ;D
