We"ll be providing the venue with a list of reserved players.  I suggest if you take your trophy with you, plonk it down on the cashdesk and say "Is this enough identification for you my good man ?", then they should work out who you are.

Leigh/Des,

I"m getting asked by Cov locals "what are the chances of buying in on the day?"

As the buy-in via WH is now closed can you let me know what the total number of paid and reserved stands at?

It"s a constantly moving goalpost, with the reserve button active up until the Friday night.  If they want to be certain of a seat, then I would recommend they use that option.

We will run the usual alternates list on the day aswell though, so if they are local, just need to rock up to the venue in plenty of time and get on that list.

OK thx. I"m getting fed up telling them stuff already, how you cope running this all the time I"ll never know. Respect.

Hoping to play this event however no spare funds till Thursday so maybe abit close with the reserving a seat button. We will see how my run good is before the tourney starts!!

Does anyone know if there are any side events or if the casino is holding any of its normal tourneys that weekend? Have a friend who would like to play a smaller buy in tournament.

Cheers.

Friday is the Cash Championships (£210) and Sunday is a £20+£5 ( i think) PLO comp....not sure if casino is playing its reg schedule, but if so...their Sat night game is awesome. £25 50k starting stack, 15 min blind Sper deep stack.  Blinds start at 25/50 and officially the softest Casino Game i have ever played!!!

Why the secrecy/reluctance to state the current figure as it stands ? It would assist a lot of people to make decisions.
