East of England

Best option is Ryanair from LGW and the flight times work out.

Depends how you were planning on getting to the airport. It"s probably 90 minutes to 2 hours drive from Stansted to Gatwick (assuming no traffic).

i suppose you could to STN - DUB - CORK as suggested above but that"ll probably add about the same in Dublin what with transfers to the station and whatnot....plus you have to do it in reverse on the Monday which would be a drag.

I"d bite the bullet and fly from Gatwick...in fact, I will be.

Don"t mind flying to Dublin FFS!!!  Train will take ages from Dublin.  Luton to Kerry and get a train from Kerry (Killarney) to Cork is best option if you"re intending to do a train.

I am contemplating driving from Belfast to Cork on Saturday morning, returning on Sunday night. Three spaces in car, £20 per head return trip(based on 4 sharing).  Leaving at 8am, ETA 1pm. :-)

Well, I thought if there were others as mad as me to make this trip, I might attend this event. Might be better to make the journey on Friday, but ol cheapskate was trying to save on accommadation and taking a day off work. :-|

So is this all confirmed now for Cork, because the Live Tournament Calendar thread still has Cork as being proposed and not confirmed?
